These terms are between you and Gensforce LLC, operating as Gensforce ("Gensforce"). They cover use of gensforce.com and the Gensforce text-message program.

Website

The site describes construction staffing services and accepts applications, employer inquiries, and contact messages. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. We may decline or remove a submission that is incomplete or unrelated to staffing.

SMS terms

The Gensforce text program sends timesheet notices to jobsite foremen who have agreed to receive them. A message tells the foreman that a worker submitted hours and includes a link to review and sign that timesheet. Messages are sent when hours are submitted, not on a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

A foreman opts in by giving a clear verbal yes after a Gensforce representative explains the program, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or opt out.

Reply HELP for help, or contact support@gensforce.com or (801) 973-2440. Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, Gensforce will not send further program texts unless you opt in again.
